Refund Policy

At FlixeGiftCards, we sell digital gift cards delivered instantly by email. Because of the nature of our products (unique digital codes), we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. Non-refundable products

Once a gift card code has been delivered to your email, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Digital codes are unique and cannot be returned, reused, or resold after delivery.

2. Exceptions – when refunds may apply

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • The code delivered is invalid or cannot be redeemed.
  • The error is caused by FlixeGiftCards (e.g., wrong denomination or wrong product delivered).

In these cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at contact@flixegiftcards.com with your order number.

3. No responsibility for customer errors

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Codes sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
  • Purchases made for the wrong region (e.g., EU card purchased for a US account).
  • Purchases made by mistake or without understanding product compatibility.

4. Order cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the code delivered.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you experience an issue, please contact us directly at contact@flixegiftcards.com before contacting your bank or PayPal.
